It looks that E. lefroyi or "flagfin" species is found from the Atlantic seaboard (brakish) from NC to brazil.

The one you mention is located from eastern Pacific from lower California to Peru.

Where are you looking to order them from Roger? The Rio Copan locations fish are stunning. I remember Ken Davis was collecting them in that river.
I ended up ordering one a few weeks ago from a lfs in North Jersey, that got them from a breeder. Only got one due to not wanting to deal with the known group aggression.

That’s cool, post some pictures when he arrives. Did they list a catch location? I kept godmanni probably 15 years ago and they felt like bloat magnets but after switching to NLS Algaemax which I’ve had a 100% success rate with all herbivores.

No catch location. Been feeding him northfin veggie pellets.

What are you plans for tankmates? My heterospila are starting to finally started to spawn, they’re nearly 3 years old with most at 6-7” and were the last 10 fish I received from Kevin. You’re welcome to some fry in the future.

I have him in a grow out with a few firemouths, small lyonsi, small carpintis and a young synspilum (for some reason that won't grow) in a 125 gallon. I'd like to dedicate a 6ft tank to him and possibly the firemouths in the next 2-3 months once he gets some more size.
And thank you in the offer for fry.
