Chuco spawn

This must be the easiest fry removal you've ever had:thumbsup:. Those are some lovely adults you have there.

This is the earliest stage of fry removal yet for me, hope it works. By the female putting her eggs next to, and then moving and placing the wrigglers to the PVC cap, very convenient, and just dumb luck for me. Was able to pick it up, and carry it, fry in place, to the already set up 20gal. (will have to move it to the Paretroplus pool when the intermedia go free swimming)
Although before moving it, just to be safe, I put on a thick glove, which the male hit it pretty hard a few times before the cap was out, think I would have dropped it without cushion.

Fry coming along nicely, just started adding pellet dust to the newly hatched artemia and semi microscopic pond life diet.

and the females seem to be getting fired up for another go.

Way to go! If you keep some fry you could do a great progression thread. I have never had chuco but they look pretty cool.
