Yea, I've never had any this nice.

They look great!!! Breed them and spread them around. I was very tempted to keep that pair so you got lucky that I let them go. That was the best male and his chosen female from a 300 fry spawn.

What was that tiny herichthys swimming around that I saw? Looked like a turquoise? Or maybe I'm just seeing things, to many beers tonight.

I'm hoping they spawn soon. Do you think they'd be better off by themselves in a 29?
The little fish you were asking about is a citrinellus. I fed them to the snooks but I guess this guy hid out somewhere and got big. Now I see him trying to punk the snooks. Lol.*****ass snooks.

Very nice set up how big are your snooks now? And how do I sex the sajicas? Oh and last question.. Is that a duck in the background quackin lol

Jason, by 'duck quackin' do you mean the person blowing up my phone while I was recording the video or the little ceramic piece in the tank. Yes to both.

Yea, he's quite small too. If I'm not mistaken he's still got quite a bit a growing to do.

Yea I've kept a few batches hoping for a nice male like this. I've had bad luck with them though. Bad m:f ratios mostly. Still a fan though, and I've got high hopes with this pair.

They will do better in a larger tank. In anything less then a 75g I always have issues with the males beating up the females after they spawn. For some reason male sajica's always seem to turn on the females in smaller tanks.

Nice Sajica, I like the look I'm growing out a male in one of my tanks. Not super aggresive but no push over either he will satand his ground but doesn't go out of his way to look for trouble. Beautiful fish.
