But the chupacabra looks like a coyote with mange, definitily. But, then again, wouldn't a sheriff from that location kniow a coyote? Would the sheriff enter into a hoax?

I really want a breeding pair of Chuppacabra.... That would round out the Blood feeding animal collection well....

I thought some scientists looked at the last chupacabra that was found and said that it would be considered the most extreme case of mange ever, to the point where the animal should have died?
