What ever kind of dog that dog is, it's OLD.
It's eyes are white because that's what naturally happens to aging dogs.
It could also have alopecia which is common for some breeds.

lol he was older,14 , he was the winner of the worlds ugliest dog for a while, then he died and his wife tried for it.
Sam(his name) is a chinese crested.

btw that chupacabra is such a fake! they wouldnt even show it on tv for everyone to see.. its nothing more than a gorilla suit with animal guts on it. lol

I am a sucker for all this stuff, I don't believe that any of it is real, but I still find it pretty entertaining. I love shows like Monster Quest and anything about crystal skulls, Loch Ness,bigfoot,aliens you get the idea.

Thanks man Thats really my frog, BEnz is just "babysitting" it for me (thanks BEn ) to keep this on topic it escaped once and was mistaken for a chupacabra
