Thought I give y'all an update on my lil fellas. They have been growing quite well. Been feeding them live mollies and guppies (home bred in my pond). Try are just starting to show some signs of color and the markings are bold. Love them
Ok some simple queries... When do I start switching their food?
Should live be given even after switching?
How much time I have before they get to 5-6"?

This is where they eventually be living. My 360G

So should I follow the Diesel's method or any other tips from u?
I have been throwing few varieties of food in there. They sure seem interested but spit it out soon. Tried cichlid pellets, shrimps, tilapia, earthworms and b hearts.

Nearly a month and half since I have had these guys. I managed to keep 6 of them with me. So thought I would give y'all an update on how it is going.
As of now they are only taking in frozen food no pellets yet. Got them off of live and will start with the training as they look healthy now.
Still I am unsure on the ID of these guys.
What do y'all think?

Yea they are off live feed for quite sometime now. Started today with the pellet training. Few of them accepted few didn't. So will keep at it
