Aquarium world in lafayette has PBass stocked occasionally, and usually small arrows too. Special order only on FW rays and they are usually dangerously small.

They are still open, I go there weekly.
 
I dont know if you want to drive from Mishawaka into Merrilville, but I get my Peacock Bass from a store named The Ark in Merrilville. It is right off of Highway 30. They also have Arowanas and a few rays. They are dependable people, and wont try to juke any serious questions or concerns you have about the fish. I wont shop anywhere else.

that is a very nice shop. and on your way back you can stop at valpo pet and hobby, then swing up to pet haven on 6 in portage.
 
still cannot find Pbass around here within a reasonable distance ... and after the 10 fish snookin sent me ( all under 1" shipped 3 day air from FL in the middle of summer) that didnt make it .. im still looking for some Pbass .. would be nice to have 2-3" since the dats they will live with are still small ..
 
I saw 3 p. bass today at gills in elkhart. I thought about grabbing them, but don't have room in my small tank to grow them out.
 
i called .. the guy has no idea what kinda fish they are .. and they are $12 .. so im going to go out there after work and see ... i have a feeling that they are peacock cichlids not bass .. but we will see... im also going to stop by age while i am out there since i have not been out there in a few years .. make a trip of it ..
 
Let us know how the pickings are...I might make a trip out that way if they have anything Im interested in.
