i suppose he loves the hieght because of the decorative potential in them? Have to wait for Dmacks answer though


Amazing stuff man, clarias is looking real nice, hows he going with those big bass?
 
I like the height due to the fact it doesnt confine a big fish to the lower strata and allows them to flip,roll,or rocket to the surface...with a shorter tank you basically confine a large fish to simply turning around or getting a half hearted 45* angle before reaching the surface....so simply I like to allow upward movement and once you see a large peacock roll the surface from coming from below you wont go back...lol
I will get a vid up soon explaing all the filtration systems...I custom build all my filtration systems to fit what I want in the tank and what I want them to do, so it will be easier to explin via video than type to photos...coming soon.
