Your pinima was from the group photographed above. They were wild-collected from the Rio Tapajos, Brazil. I remember these boys well :)
 
yep mine are lookin like them now as we speak!!!! Rapps is ALL SOLD OUT PINIMAS!!!! i have 3 now but im buying 3 more off somebody else.....Growin out!!!

Do you know of the different variants of Pinimas? Check out a few of the Pinima photos below.

The Trust Pinima looks similar to the big boy you had. The bars are extended and has more of a silver/goldish body.

Whereas the one I have and PTC has more of a Gold hue w/more speckles, specially around the cheeks.

I know they go through a stage of coloration from juvies to adults but the one PTC has is still retaining the GOLDISH/SPOTS coloration at 20+"...(john please correct me if I am wrong but your Pinima is at least that or bigger now correct? )

The ones you and Jed has I believe were in the range of 16-20" as well correct?

BTW - One of the babies you posted could be the one PTC has since that originated from your batch back in the day. Always amazing to see from babies to sub adult....
