been looking for these cichlas for quite awhile. finally found them.

Nice, did you get 'em from rapps?
I got my big girl when she was 3-4" from Rapps right when she came in (March 1st) and she's over 10" now and super thick. Some of the best growth I've had with a peacock bass

nope. seller said it came from taiwan. at first i was kinda worried that it might be tem but was kinda confident when it got settled in the tank. pls post a pic of your 10 incher.

Enjoy them, they are fast growers, not quiet as fast as a temensis from my experience but close.

What's the difference between pinima and tems? (They look very similar)

Here's a pic of him and one of my rays. The picture was origionally a full tank shot of my 300 gallon and I just zoomed in.
I'll try for a better picture tomorrow, I just came back from a whitewater rafting trip and he hasnt been fed since I left so he isnt looking his best atm.
