Idk but its changing, but I do see major differences between him and my bahias....the spangling around the bars are more apparent on the bahias then him, but he has a lot more spangling on all of his fins then they do. Only one of the bahias is developing a small tail oclet whereas the wc kel has a huge tail oclet, and at times the wc kel gets red eyes and my bahias eyes stay yellow.

I don't think my bahias had any tail oclet. Only some weird marking (not round). I believe the bars showing is just stress. Some show more than others even in the same batch. IMO
Can't wait to see these WC kels bigger.
