I don't see any bluegill in your green. They both have blue on their lower jaw and gill region. Lots of sunfishes do despite the bluegill having the name. The hybrid is much more rounded then your fish as well, if I caught your fish I would have no doubt of it's species. If you're baseing your ID on the color that isen't a very good idea. There are lots of variation in these fish color is not a good tool in IDing them.
The reason it looks unhealthy IMO is because of the sunken belly and overall skinny look. Like the others have said, they tend to be quite robust when healthy.
