My dimly lit tank is damn near impossible to get any good photos out of so I tend to avoid it, but I've been getting a bunch of PMs asking for updates, so here you are!

The whole tank, from the couch

Stocklist is 4x orinos, 2x temensis, 1x mono, 2x loaches, 1x endli, 1x pleco.

Thats a good looking group you have there.I see why Orinos are very popular.

Man I wish I could keep some cichla! Nice tank man, even though they're hard to photograph, a well setup dimly lit tank looks hardcore IMHO.

Rob-that's my biggest O up front. He's probably 9-10" and is covered in spangling 100% from the gills back. I'm completely blown away by him every time I glance into the tank. Can't wait until these guys hit 16"+ and start to pair off!

Agreed. I'll probably button down and buy an overhead flash/lighting setup for the sake of pictures. I hate to sound cliche, but pics do these fish ZERO justice. I'm extending an open invite to anyone that wants to swing by my crib and give photographing these guys a shot. I'd love to give these guys a fair shake!
