I am talking about LFS.. not pet stores, no petsmart, not pet land.. Locally owned fish only stores. They're still idiots... Maybe yours aren't, but you need to get your own tests if you're keeping fish like this... ESpecially if they're getting GOOGLY eyes.

I wouldnt trust ANYONE to check my water for me. I dont care who they are. I dont care if its a best friend, family member, or well trusted person on this site. I always check MY OWN water. Sometimes more than once to make sure they read the same both times..

And almost perfect can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people..

That's exactly what I'm saying. The LFS around me... NOT THE PETCO, PETSMART, PETLANDS... have people who don't know what they're doing. They can stick a strip in some water and tell you anything.
