16 degrees celsius comes out to about 61 in fahrenheit.. I think that's pretty cold. I keep my bass at a "low" 21.1 degrees celsius during winter. Like Gangster said, just put them in with the water from the lake. I have no idea what's the weather like there but if it's hot, find a way to keep the water from getting too warm. If it's cold, the rate at which the temperature decreases in the transporting water should be pretty slow; it probably won't shock the fish.

The fish is already caught.

It really didnt happen as I planned. I couldnt find real monster fish except by one that was 1,5 kgs ++, that I also didnt catch because I wouldnt have a 1,5 kg fish swimming with 300~500 grams fish..

And also was very hard to notice their sexual dimorfism. All of then( I checked 30 fish +) had ''o >'' genital papilla. Idk if it was because of the net, but then I killed some to eat and there was fish that with ''o >'' genital papilla were full of eggs. The postoccipital hump was the only real advice I would have about their sex.

They were all like that, little fish, full of color and maturing and spawning so early. Idk why this is happening in my reservoir. =p

ps: Look at this male with round anal fin.. this theory dont work in my opinion.

Thats awesome Lucas! Very odd how young they are able to breed. That male with the hump looks about 10" at the most. So spangled up as well. Cant wait to see some more pics.
