Cichlid CARES program ???

Is anybody "on" this? I want to become part of it, but the woman who is supposedly coordinating this is not responding to email.
I have questions about it, and am wondering what the benefits are, and how to go about starting to get the fish to work with.

Thanks for the link - yes, that's the one. She has not responded to my emails, so I'm hoping somebody on here is part of this program to help me get started.
