Cichlid diet regimen???

I read something about lettuce gave them some and they spit it out. Hmm I guess they're picky just as people with their foods? lol

if they wont take the lettuce then you could try a spirinula pellet. my convicts ate them as does my bichir and midas.
i also feed frozen bloodworm, garlic/paprika pellets, hikari cichlid gold as staple, earthworm sticks, prawn and squid.
