I feed Meal worms, crickets, spirulina flakes, dried sammarus, dried plankton, Hikari Gold Cichlid pellets, Omega One Shrimp Pellets, and occasionally frozen daphnia, Krill, and frozen mysis shrimp. All my fish will eat the food I give them.

I offer my cichlids beefheart frozen silversides krill bloodworms for treats, their main diet consists of hikari cichlid gold and new life spectrum large fish formula. They have all grown to be wonderful healthy BIG fish that i hope, enjoy their lives. Hope this post helps u out

all my big cichlids get omega1 pellets, and cichlid gold daily. they also get FD krill, meal worms, crickets and kelp/spirulina wafers (the ones who eat them) pretty often.
besides those, i also offer them tiger prawns, earth worms, squid, mussels and fellets cuts.
i fed them beefheart in the past, but have not in a long time and dont plan to. it cant be all that good for them in the long run.

my smaller cichlids all get frozen:bloodworms, black worms and mysis shrimp.

1 pack blood worms
2 tsp spirulina powder
2 packs gelatin powder
10 drops zoe vitamins
