:duh: that should have been fairly obvious after you said it wasn't the xanthic morph of bifasciatus. :duh:

anyway, the new one looks rather similar to a juvie green umbee
 
well, I know what it is now but I won't say to give some others a chance to guess. the genus that fish belongs to is the one I know the least about. :lol2: in fact I don't think I've ever read anything about the genus that fish belongs to...time to crack out the books and start reading.:idea:
 
P. managuense down at the bottom. And is the one dead center up a the top...Uro maybe? Cool pic! Makes me think of how nice they'd look in some of my tanks, rather than being sold as food...but maybe there is someone out there that thinks that these delicious speckeled trout are awesome pets, when to me, they're a staple diet when on a camping trip :)
