How about Crenicichla lenticulata. I think that's right since they're supposed to be the closest relative of the marmorata. . I'll look up a pic I want to add just in case I got it

yeah, he told me before it was one of two possibilities. I guess marmorata (sp) and he said it was close so I think I got it. I'm gonna post one up now. Just give me a sec.

Tis a male Crenicichla lenticulata and a VERY nice one indeed. Marms. and Lentics. can be hard to tell apart due to the similar markings..main thing is the lents. hae MUCH more spottin... .....among other things.....
