It's a young fish. No fair. They look similar when young.

It's either Retroculus lapidifer or xinguensis.

I'll go with xinguensis due to the more pronounced spot and vertical bars.

the new one I'd guess would be something in the Paratheraps or possibly Tomacichla. So for my guess I'll say Tomacichla asfraci
