Cichlid Guessing Game, CA/SA Cichlids Only!!

C. bitaeniatus is now considered to be a synonym of C. orbicularis; no longer a seperate species. Looking at pictures, it's hard to see much differences between the two. Very rare and unusual fish; don't think I'll ever actually ever see a real one, other then in pictures:D

When I saw them for sale (Ken Davis - fishfarm - imported some)...I was ALL OVER IT!

I showed the male (now pushing 4-5") at the Catfish Convention here in Maryland a few months ago...no one knew what he was...so no ribbons (I won the class with other fish anyway).

They're quite unusual. Mine primarily eat flake and NLS...but relish frozen bloodworms and cyclopeeze...
