let's see...looks like a labridens type so I wouldn't rule out H. labridens (not sure which locale/color variant though). it also kind of has the color of pantostictus but I can't tell if it has the spots that pantostictus should have. I hate trying to ID a fish that's out of water

Ok, there goes an small tip, the fish doesnt belong to the genera Herichthys, good luck
