The dwarf cichlid is Taeniacara candidi and i'd have to agree with dovii for the second.

Nope and nope, to be fair I just put the second one there to give Central Mayhem a giggle, If you got it from that pic I would be flabbergasted.
I can't really say that this picture is much better but you can see where the eye belongs. ID eithe fish to win.

Vieja zonatus...at least the face looked like it...might actually be Vieja hartwegi or regani.....not quite sure...but i'm gonna stick wit zonatus. Oh...my bad...they are now Paratheraps......Paratheraps zonatus

Yeah, I got it just from the facial colors actually....zonatus is one of the few Vieja(Paratheraps) that actually has a bright irridecant blue face....awesome fish...possibly my fav. Vieja......go stevo!!
