Archocentrus spilurum, the blue eyed cichld, the pics show several color varients but I can't download the one closest to yours,
this same fish is also listed as,
Archocentrus spirurus
Cichlosoma cutteri
and Hero spilurus, ,,, it makes my head hurt,
here is a pic of a different color varient but it does have the vertical barring and the dark convex forehead. my first choice was a festea but yours has no caudal spot and a smaller mouth.
