Without a doubt Festae x something. More than likely Midas, red devil or flower horn. I seen a Festae x flowerhorn and I'll post a pic when I get a chance and there was more spangling and more blue.

I would say barred midas hybrid given the red at the chest and the way the strips look with the blotches in the middle.
