cichlid id please

They are becoming less hard to get, and a cichlid breeder in Michigan has had successful spawns. I believe saw an ad for his 5 or 6 juvies for $20.
Mine were extremely hard on each other at a very small size until I added some larger Guianacara to the tank, from then on they became fairly docile (in cichlid terms, that is).
In fact the larger they got, the more shy they became.
Below a shot when young, with the larger Guianacara, and lemon tetras as dithers.

I have been seeing quite a few of these around lately. Not sure why the influx because I have only seen them once before the whole time I have been in the hobby.
