Just pickup this cichlid up from Craigslist and was wondering what kinda cichlid is this ?

It sort of resembles cichlasoma beani

I would say so for now.

Looks like an oreochromis because of the mouths shape and blunt dorsal fin. Could be oreochromis aureus. But it does kinda look like a Central American cichlid because it is unusually slender for an oreochromis.
