3 Oscars in a 60g tank is not good, it is bare minimum for one Oscar. that dead Oscar is not a pretty site, if you want to keep an Oscar in a 60g tank, then have A Oscar, nothing else. still small but you keep up with water changes he should be alright. by water changes in a 60g tank, twice a week, fin level or 90% which ever is greater.

as an FYI more filtration does not mean more fish, ammonia=nitrite=nitrate, good filtration well keep ammonia 0, nitrite 0, and nitrate at what ever the creep is between water changes, nitrate is not removed by filtration, only water changes.
