Ya i wouldn't do it. Jag needs much bigger tank. Im getting a 150g from my uncle so its going to be just for the jag. They have their lip locks here and there nothing major. But they are still young so i hope in a month the jag is out when the 150 in cycled
I wish my jag ate more pellets he only eats like 3 a day. I have to keep getting feeder fish to make sure he eats. I use krill and bloodworms to and he doesn't eat them. The red devil i sware would eat rocks lol. I never saw a fish eat so much.
As long as you keep offering him feeders, the Jag will not prefer the pellets. Hold back feeding anything else but the pellets. The Jag will not starve itself. It will learn to accept the pellets.smokeythebair;4846597;4846597 said:

Please heed this good advice.Believe me,your jag will not starve himself to death.Offer nothing else but a quality pellet,he will start eating them for sure.I have group of midas who stopped eating pellets because I was also giving them worms,krill etc.I starved them for 5 days and yes they started taking the pelletsGruff Master;4846906; said:
