cichlid with exodons

can i put some exodons in with my cichlid ( firemouth cichlid ):confused:
 
or any other small "bucktooth tetra" sugestions ?

not exactly true. black skirt, bleeding heart and congo tetras would work as they are some of the larger tetras.

exodons are not a good idea with any other species though.

apologies. everything ive read suggests they are too predatory to be kept with other species. thats why i shyed away from them a while back.
 
firemouths are small and peaceful enough for most of the larger teras, like buenos aires and mexican tetras
 
Exodons wont work, remember that tetras are shoal fish and need to be in a school. with a thirty gallon and a firemouth there is no way a school of at least 6 would fit

firemouth small and peaceful my last firemouth riped apart a convict i put in there :eek:
