cichlids behavior question

my cichlids do that when is time to water-change, dont worry they will stop as time goes on...
 
yeah i dunno i guess what everyone else has said i havnt had this problem, my africans swim around everywhere only time they swim together in one spot is when they see me walking towards the tank and all swarm towards the front expecting food lol (even if i JUST fed them 20min ago lol)
 
what i notes on my African C. tanks is when they need water-change, only one other time i add it nice big rock in to the tank and they were going up an down like crazy.Dont worry they will stop.
 
i tried feeding my cichlids blanched zucchini, but they didnt eat it. i thought they would love it any ideas of what i did wrong. basically i cut a few slices off maybe about the thickness of pepperoni, then boiled it in water til it sank. then let it cool off of little bit and then gave it to the fish to eat. they went up to it but didnt eat it, they just waited for other food that i finally gave to them about 10 min later. any tips (they like the occassional minced garlic) or other things to try
