I bought some coppersafe from my LFS and I was reading the box and it says that you cant use it on crustations. What can I do because I would have to pull all the rock out of my aquarium just to get to them. Is there a safe solution that is good for all?

Why are you using copper sulfate? That is toxic to all invertebrates. There are plenty of better alternatives than using copper sulfate.

No. I didnt use that I was looking for a better alternative. I went and got a product today called Rid-Ick by Kordon because it didnt have a warning about crustations

If you were battling ich, why not just use a tablespoon per 5g dosage of table salt? Just be sure to dissolve it first before adding it gradually to the tank.

Do the table salt as I suggested earlier. What fish do you have? I need the list to determine the temperature limit as most fish tend to show intolerance to elevated temperature.

Considering you have a pleco, dissolution of table salt is extremely important when you treat all these fish. Get a cup of tank water and stir the salt there. Remember to use a tablespoon per 5g as I recommended earlier. Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt dose on a 20 minute interval to slow down the addition of electrolytes thus preventing osmotic shock. Increase the temperature to at least 84 degrees and turn on all airpumps and increase filter output flow to maximize the oxygen levels.

Ok well how long do I treat the tank, do I add everyday, I dont have the sump installed yet so no filter for 3 more days is that ok? So slowy mix the salt water in a bucket with aquarium water and pour slowyly and repeat as nescisary until all water is treated?

You'll have to do water changes daily while turning on your airpump. Redose the salt per the water volume you replaced. If you were replacing 10 gallons of water for instance, I would advise dosing another two tablespoons. Complete the treatment for 14 days. You're on the right track so far with the instructins. Good luck!
