I have also ordered from COTA, first time wa Cribroheros rostratum, they came in at 1", and ended up like this, about year later.

The 2nd time was group order (airport to airport) of young melanurum, lyons, pearsei, trimacs and some others



 
Back them 100%. No deaths in shipping. Great quality. Quick response time. Minimum kinda sucks.... But other then that great experience.
 
Dan is very knowledgeable and has been great in my experiences with him and others I know who have ordered from him. If you want to get a feel for who you're dealing with he was on a podcast "aquarimania" on pet life radio last year. If you you Google "Dan sharifi aquarimania" you can easily find it. That is why I decided to buy from him. Probably the most interesting podcast I've heard in years....

The only thing that is different for me is he does 3 day shipping. I always thought live animals got shipped overnight. I hope the fish are okay for 3 days
 
I ordered from CotA once and it was a great experience. The fish I got were very healthy and active. Shipping and packaging were top notch and they were delivered priority (2 days)

I my be placing another order soon after recently seeing that herichthys Steindachneri is on his "coming soon" list :D
 
Mine were put on ups 3 day select but it's saying scheduled delivery date of 9/11/17 which is like 5 days. That's a long time to be in bags right?

Unfortunately, 3 day select is 3 business days, so weekends do not count for time of delivery. How big are the fish?
