i think power heads they got this little flap on the end where the water is supposed to come out an they are submercible

Cichlids do rub against things to a degree, and I believe sometimes it's posturing. But if it's all the time then something might be wrong. I believe your fish will be ok. Mine have done that in the past and I never lost a fish. But I have heard it is normal to a degree.

no it hadnt been cycled completly but i tink its about there now. the next one i do im getting the seachems stuff to jump start everything plus i can transfer water an media out of the tank i got now
haveing to learn the hard way but i have had a lot of good help here on monster an a special thanks to justonemoretank you have been a big help

yeah only time willl tell its funny though with all the amonnia in there they were doing pretty good now with the amonnia almost gone an tank just about like it needs to be they look the worst go figure
