Cichlids to add while cycling?

i use large tetras, for my 125 i am going to use buenos aires tetras.

pH is down to 7.6 and ammonia is between 2.0 and 4.0 I can't tell for sure on the test card. I did a 25% water change, and I vacuumed the bottom for debris very thoroughly.
