Carbon takes out what u have spelled out
If you are at all handy installing a whole house carbon filter or under sink carbon filter takes 5-15 minutes and can be had for about $30-40 with refills in the 5-10 range
I have heavy metals and chloramine on tap
Use three whole house filters on a line just for my tank
On my planted tank I don't bother
And I use the water changes from my planted to service my quarantine
Idk after u pay someone to install a filter could of used that money for a nicer fish or tank
But ur talking to someone that spent more on his tanks then his house (before renovations anyway)
