I just recently made a tank switch and my ck went from an avid, ferociouse eater to a nibbler and sometimes not even eating. could it be stress, its only been two days but still, little worried.

It is stress and he will get better after he gets use to the tank.. how big is he? two days is nothing to worry about.. especially if he is out of the baby stage.. take out all uneaten food but try often ... he will decide the time is right..
Hes about six inches or so. This moring he was swimming about more like normal. Hes getting more comfortable i think.
Yeah. The best bet is to actually offer no food at all for a day. Make sure he's hungry and hasn't seen food, and he'll snap it up in a heartbeat.
umm - I would make sure the water params are all fine as well. It never hurts to check. I think it was you that started a thread about a 150 gallon tank or so, and if you moved the ck to that tank (if you got it, or whatever tank you ended up getting), I doubt that the new tank is cycled.

no, that tank isnt cycled so I check the water conditions ALOT lol but hes eating great now, I acually just recently got him to hand feed, exciting! ^-^
