oh yeah, unfortunatly ur not. King el had 1 cat attacked and another cat killed by his gator gar in his pond
ok let me rephrase my statement I probably own the record for a cat almost getting killed by and umbee !!!
here is the story
I just thought of a save that I did a few years back , my cat always used to watch all my tanks she would get up on top of them and walk around and after a minute or two she would get down ... wellI was up stairs in bed on night and I heard her giving this god aweful shreaking !! jumped up ran to the basement and there she was inside my tank struggling to get out and there was my big amle umbee bit her paw and was literall trieing to drag her under he was shaking his head ... I hurried and opened up the canopy and grabbed a hold of her and secured her in my arms all this time my umbee still did not let go .... do you know how hard it is to pry a umbees lips open ? lol and after that the cat does not want anything to do withmy tanks and would not go back into the basement .
she got into the tank through my canopy I made my own ad used a piano hinnge for the oepning and I did not install a locking feature on it so it would swing freely ... I did not think I needed one seeing I don't have any kids ... I was wrong ... looking back on it it was kinda ironic and funny

That is rough dude, jeez. I would have seriously thrown that damn fish on the ground, and saved the cat. I would lose it if my gars attacked my mittens, I would drown them.
