What size are these fish?
What is the tank temp kept at?
Have you tersted the tank water?
Why not treat the tank entire with Metronidazole - it cant hurt.

i think the size of the fish are 2" and below.. i kept the temperature at 86 degrees. as for testing the water, nope, i haven't yet, but i will be.. i don't have metro right now handy..

If you have a 110 to on stand by just use it the 55 is useless, it isn't a sutable home for 15 discus why bother with it for 3 months and then change becaues thats what life you'll get out of it if that. Your fish are over crowded and 2x 25% water changes is way too much work to go through if you have a 100 avalable. Somthing doesn't add up here.

i fed the discus 6 times a day, and i have overcrowded the tank, that is why i have to do 2 x 25% water change..

DO not use salt. That is not gona fix this problem. Raise temp to 88 for sure. I would move them into the 55 asap. You need to get some meds and treat them - Not salt.

Personally i don't like to play to much with med at least i know for sure they are sick, my advice check your water, if you need to do water change make sure its the same temperature and declorainare, raise your temp some external parasites won't survive on high temp, i will also turn ligth off for a few days minimize ligthing and don't over feed and wait, see what happen most of the times they come back if its on early stage playing too much make things worse.
