Not in the UK! thats all i should add, i did research the a while ago but my memorys hazy use the search... the info is there! they tend to go get more predatory and more aggressive as they grow i beleave? oh and tankmates u need to be prepared for them to get fubar or just eaten...

i think they get to around 20 inches.
the ones i have kept from less than an inch grew like weeds.
i had one grow to over 5 inches in just a month.
the others were around 3 inches.
they eat ALOT and get aggressive when older.
they will eat things too big to eat by constantly biting it.

yeap they get aggressive when they grow, i had to put mine to my aggressive fishes tank because it would charge my other fishes and create chaos, i guess my gar got pissed, tummy tear him in half

Furicious eater. It will devour everything that can fit in his mouth. They produce a lot of waste.
