No estimation involved. Ask Miles, he sold him to me. I just don't feel like getting him out again to measure. He is indeed 11 inches, a touch over in fact including the tale. He is about 1/2 longer than the JD. Just to give you context, the FM and the Argentea in the pics are both about 5 inches. Here is the original link of the sale. Also shows another view of him.

Jesus Balton.....Twhittle is my friend and he does not lie. He is a teacher, and to be believed and respected to the fullest extent. His fish are freakin huge, and he sold a big female RT for 400$ I can vouch for that also. And yes ask miles how big it is. That was rude Balton.....

That's an awesome GT, man. Sorry didn't mean to be rude...I didn't mean to come across as saying liar either, I just thought it could have been a misjudgement. He's def a nice fish but on the other hand I've never seen an 11" GT next to a ruler. I really like GT's and raised on for years but I got a small one I think, after 8 years it was only 10". I apologize again, don't worry about catching him...if you both vouch it's an 11'er that's enough for me.

No sweat Balton, and ya my avatar is my pic. I no longer have the fish as Spizz has the Jag and someone in NY has the RT. I did attempt a remeasure the GT today and it was right close to 11 inches, could be a touch short...hard to say through the glass though. As far as the fighting goes, I am not a huge fan of it, but I snap the shots when I can...usually when they first meet each other. Normally after one establishes itself, calm takes over.
