So what if the male ray suffers from "little soldier" syndrome?

Is there a set rule on knowing when claspers fall or fully develop?

Will the claspers always grow beyond his feet?

Anybody ever see a mature male ray with a pair of small soldiers?

My ray "Zero" has pretty small claspers..... But then again he is still small..... Maybe 7 inches by now....
