Wow, I don't recall seeing much of Todd pre Different Strokes. I remember seeing him somewhere, I think Barney Miller actually. Maybe on Roots also?

He might have had a guest spot on BM,but not sure about Roots.His character's name on Fish was Loomis and he was of course much younger and smaller than he was on Strokes.
