Classy Dames of MFK! Who and why?

I am surprised at how many seem to find the title "Dame" offencive or this thread wrong.I see nothing wrong with this thread personally as it was all in good jest to start with.I guess not many understand or know the meaning of the word.It is a title of respect and honour bestowed upon certain women for their personal merit or service . Great examples are Liz and Anne.

I don't think anyone found it offensive or wrong. We were all just poking fun at who would use the word dame in this day and age lol.
