w/ my aro i have bare bottom, but i also have decor and floating plants. i feel like fish need atleast a little comfort zone. quicker cleaning, less chance of him jumping out.

yeah i like the decor route..but i think barebottom is nice if u have a display fish..but i think fish need places to hide...or they stress out
I like the Idea,but I just cant bring myself to one of my showtanks that way.My fry tanks are all barebottom though
