tank has 5 "oscars" growing out (will be reduced to a pair once a pair forms) and 12 clown loaches with a rhino pleco.

Tank gets 2 50% WCs a week and is fed twice a day.

clowns do a decent job cleaning up oscar scraps but would anything else do better ?

(clowns are 4 to 7 inches)

How big is the tank?
I would say a bristlenose would be nice for some algae cleanup, you already have a pleco though (not sure how rhinos are).
Loaches should be doing enough to clean up the meaty foods.
Raphael cat keeps my tank nearly spotless of extra food.

its a 185 gallons, raphs would work, I have a ton of drift wood and stone caves and over hangs in their, they would love it.

I also have pair of large crayfish in the tank, to big to be eaten at the moment but every time they breed my loaches are happy lol.

Algae isnt to much of an issue the rhino does a fairly decent job, I get a little spot algae on the back of the tank some times, and diatoms around the sand line.

Sounds well stocked as is imo besides the Raphael. If the rhino is doing its job I wouldn’t think another pleco is necessary. Raphaels shouldn’t compete too much with the loaches and aren’t as messy as other cats so one or two would be nice.

I am amazed that the crassipinis have left my anubius alone so far.

I should add the tank is filtered by 2 FX6s an AC110 and 2 large sponges.

sounds pretty good already,

have 6 loaches and 1 cat
