Clean Up crew for New 300 Gallon Aquarium

Tin foils are good, except you need bigger ones than pet stores usually stock other wise they won't survive with your stock.

Personally I would just get a couple of medium sized catfish like the bigger synodontus catfish; your upper and middle water columns are occupied already.

So is my bottom.. I got 2 rays... So I guess it's between tinfoil barbs and silver dollars.

I use a group of Geophagus steindachneri for my bottom cleaners (although you may want to look into bigger geos if you go that route with your stock); and a Flagtail Prochilodus as my all over cleaner in my display.

Honestly I don't think I'll ever run a big tank without a flagtail, now that I know how good they are at cleaning up.

I have both of those dithers in my tank. They both work well, but they take up more space and are aggressive feeders.

I can't buy a 500 cause it won't fit my house. But when I move out I plan on having a space for 500 gallons built in my house. Right now I still live with my parents
