Cleaner for dovii

I think a stick is easier, my scrubbers are being a pain and I'm just using a cloth during WC atm

I agree. That is more effective. It's just easy and entertaining when the dovii tries to attack it when you use it.

Yes I have the stick and the magnet so I guess I'll have to stick to those thanks for the suggestions.

I have a nice gravel vac that has an attachment for algae on the glass my dovii barely allows that in his tank lol but it sorta eats the algae lol

Lol mine is still pretty skittish so no worries there. He just start coming out but still hides if I get close to the tank

I have luck with a large pleco. Pleco will get a ratty caudal fin, but it is working for me. Just be sure the pleco is large. I started with about a 12" pleco when the male dovii was about 10". Now dovii is about 15"-16" and it is still working out. My dovii is aggressive, but not as much as others I have seen in person and on the internet. Each fish may be different, but it is worth a try. I see a little less aggression in the dovii if I keep the water a little cooler too.

Magnets and scrubbers are good for glass, but not for the other decorations, rocks, etc..
