+1 vinegar cleans hard water stains very well. Just make sure you rinse that tank till the smell is gone.

Im just not sure how you will clean those corners...
Im guessing a towel soaked in vinegar and left around it may help? But just not sure if it will ruin the integrity of the silicone seals?

the guy did a sloppy job on resealing that side of the tank im gonna take all the silicone out and reseal it myself
Vinegar and a powerhead. Let it clean itself. You can buy a gallon of vinegar at the grocery for 3 bucks. I cleaned a nasty 150 with 4 gallons of vinegar, filled with water and let it circulate for 3 days. No work at all.
Looks like those corners are a very bad silicone job.
